OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Incorrect addresses: Please check your order for the accuracy of your shipping address. After an order is processing an incorrect addresses may result in a fee for address correction fee. This fee will be added to your credit card.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Shipping Time -- Most orders will be processed within the same day. Daily cut off is noon., provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. No orders will be shipped on recognized holidays.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate. 
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. All orders go in priority, not based on the state. So if your order is "Value Shipping", this means your order will arrive in 7 - 9 business days, regardless of what state your in.

Express Shipping: Shipping orders received by 12 PM Pacific Time will ship that same day Monday thru Friday for delivery 1-2 business days later.   Orders received after 12 pm Pacific Time or on a weekend will be processed first thing the next business day

Expedited Shipping: Orders will be processed within 12 hours and order shipped within 24 hours. Transit time is approximately 3 - 4 days.

Standard Shipping: Time is transit is approximately 4 - 7 business days (business days are Mon - Friday)

Value Shipping: Transit time is approximately 7 - 9 Business Days (business days are Mon - Friday)

We only ship within the USA.

Most orders will be shipped via USPS and it is your responsibility to check with USPS to assure your package is being delivered to the correct address and in a timely manner.

REFUSED or RETURNED PACKAGES
Customers will be charged for merchandise that is shipping back to us due to an incorrect address (provided by customer) or unclaimed returned packages. All unauthorized returns are subject to 15% product restocking fee, in addition, all shipping costs are the responsibility  of the customer. If reshipment of unclaimed returned package is desired (within 15 days of order) an additional shipping cost will apply. 

Only unopened/factory sealed products will be considered for return. All opened products are non-returnable or refundable.

Defective merchandise is gladly accepted for a full refund withing 15 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. The standard Westend Supplies Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all orders.
